update: amazingly enough, nothing broke, even a bunch of old plugins I still use.

A Whole Lotta Nothing 
Nothing broke but my admin panel has ground to a halt. It takes ages to do anything, totally unresponsive. Curiously enough the front side works faster than before the upgrade.
